Relieve adult acne without compromising healthy aging
Nothing really worked for me.
I'm Gema. A biotechnologist pharmacist, formulator, and Madrid native who settled in Lyon.
I stopped taking the pill at 31. Within a few weeks, my skin changed dramatically: painful, cyclical breakouts, and inflamed, irritated skin that I no longer recognized.
And with them, a mental load that no one talks about.
I know skin, its mechanisms, and active ingredients. I thought I'd quickly find a treatment that would soothe acne and care for my adult skin. But every time, I hit the same wall: anti-acne treatments dried out my skin, and as soon as I added an anti-aging product, the breakouts returned. Double the budget and double the routine to take care of my skin, and nothing really worked.
It wasn't that I had difficult skin. It was that the products simply weren't formulated for adult, acne-prone skin.

I formulated what I couldn't find
One day, I stopped searching and started formulating for myself. There was no other option.
The results were there, for me and then for friends who tried them. And I realized that I wasn't a special case: thousands of us were in the same situation.
Maison Brava is the answer to the needs of all those women who, like me, should no longer have to choose between relieving their acne and taking care of their skin as a whole.
Our non-negotiables
- Even during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Two periods when most anti-acne and anti-aging treatments are not recommended. Ours are: they remain safe, even then.
- Zero unnecessary irritants. No fragrance, no essential oils: already sensitive skin doesn't need to be mistreated.
- Nothing is there by chance. Trendy or not, an ingredient only enters our formulas if it has a precise role and acts synergistically with others. Even our cleansing agents also provide a benefit to the skin.
- Natural, but up close. Over 50% of our ingredients are sourced in Europe and, as much as possible, come from upcycling. Using natural ingredients doesn't make much sense if they travel around the world.
- Formulated and manufactured in France. Local production, for traceability and expertise. Our approach is certified Made in France by French customs.

POWDER CLEANSER
Morning and evening. Our powder cleanser-mask purifies and deeply cleanses without stripping the skin. As a mask, it speeds up the disappearance of blemishes.
NIGHT SKIN RECHARGE
Night. Our anti-acne and anti-aging oil serum: it rebalances the skin, calms blemishes and stimulates collagen while you sleep.
SUPERHERO PACK
